HEALTH COMPLEX

This is a drawing of a Health Complex. It's a multi million dollar project and I designed it in 1991, so I do have the copyright on the design and drawings.

I designed a brand new type of Health Center. Nothing else like it that I know of. 

This complex has the following features:

1) Inside is a complete workout gym with weights and fitness equipment.

2) There will be an indoor swimming pool.

3) There is an indoor running track around the gym.

4) There are also small excersize rooms for aerobics.

5) On the front left of the building is a health food store.

6) On the right front of the building is a sporting good store.

7) On each side of the building will be 4 alternative doctors' offfices (chiropractor, functional, etc.)

8) Across the back side could be a health food restaurant

9) The roofs will have solar panels to assist with heating the complex.

10) The basement could be a wedding hall and meeting rooms for business.

11) The lot behind the building could a series of soccer fields for use by local school teams. The teams and parents would be exposed to the health complex which would help promote the center.

I already know owners of a sporting goods store, a health food store and a number of restaurant owners. We also know a number of alternative doctors.
