ACID or ALKALINE

What is this?

The food that we eat can be Acidic or Alkaline. Your bodies normal reading should have a pH reading of 7.35. What is your reading? You can use pH tape to measure your reading using pH tape from your local drug store.

What is the difference and how does it affect you?

Some Alkaline forming foods are apples, apricots, banana, beets, broccoli, kale, limes, pineapple and even apple cider vinegar.

Some Acid forming foods are alcohol, beef, bread, canned fruits and veggies, most dairy, soft drinks table salt and more.
